The hotel's beachfront location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and amenities in Nusa Dua. the double room was neat, spacious, and had a variety of pillow options including down and hypo-allergenic pillows.

The breakfast choices are great with salads and protein options, as example. The room is terrific, comes with great views, wine, as example.

Location: the hotel was so close to other resorts at Nusa Dua and a beautiful beach and multiple activities. It also was in the area for dinner...

The staff was always willing to help and greeted us cheerfully. the restaurant offered reasonably priced breakfast and served outstanding dishes. - the bathroom was spacious and the bedroom was quiet.

It is truely a service oriented hotel. The staff is happy to serve. The hotel does not count pennies and is happy to help and provide all amenities it can to make your stay better. The rooms with the lagoon axis make it so easy to enjoy the hotel.

The location was excellent, short walk to the paradise island of Bali, amenities of Nusa Dua and the pool/beach, and had great views. Brand-new rooms and a lounge area, a storage, and a safe included. The staff was willing to help, I have no complaints whatsoever. The staff was very attentive and highly courteous, so I will be returning here soon...

The Place is peaceful and quiet, with wonderful view of sun rise at the beach. Very suitable for someone who is looking for a relaxing gateaway.

The Beach is too quiet and we cannot play surfing or just enjoy the wave.

The beach is average - but then one wouldn't really go to Bali for true beach holidays. The noise of all the sports activities in front of the hotel beach. The high prices for alcoholic drinks - again driven by tax but also quite some serious margins for the hotel. A very simple bottle of red is close to US$ 100.

The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, service is amazing, the location is beautiful with easy access to dining options and the beach, perfect for families.

the room was dirty and not very exciting. The pool was full of people and the sea was ver disappointing

I and my wife spent most of the time inside the hotel room, enjoying the scenery from the balcony. And we had dinner at eight degree. The food is gd and d staff is helpful, the view is nice. And chatting at the cafe inside the lobby.
