Beachfront location just next door to the restaurant, shops and amenities as well as Nusa Dua island, it was in a local area. A double room was neat and spacious had down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows.

Hotel was reasonably clean, very hospitable staff.

The staff was willing to help, and always with a cheerful greeting. The restaurant here was reasonably priced for breakfast, we both ordered outstanding dishes. The bathroom was large & the bedroom was quiet.

The breakfast choices are great with salads and protein options, as example. The room is terrific, comes with great views, wine, as example.

Simply no reason to complain, exceptional stay. Impeccably clean place in classical style with all necessary facilities. Early check in and late check out. Could use hotel's poolside restaurant and spa.

Stunning, wonderful location in Tanjung Benoa district close to Nusa Dua, Bali and good restaurants, nice shops and supermarkets and ATM outlets. Also, very close to shore.

The location wonderful and stunning to Jet Ski race track. Air-conditioned & generous-sized room with separate lounge and an iron.

Breakfast was large and plentiful, I loved almost everything.

The beachfront location and very hospitable staff were the highlight of this enjoyable stay. There was café East Lobby Lounge, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The hotel had a good breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. It also offered immediate access to a well-maintained beach with comfortable lounge beds and helpful staff. Additionally, the central swimming pool was a stunning feature of the hotel.

The service provided by the hotel was poor, with long waiting times for meals and understaffed restaurants. The room amenities were not up to par, with a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain and loud renovations taking place throughout the resort.

It is truely a service oriented hotel. The staff is happy to serve. The hotel does not count pennies and is happy to help and provide all amenities it can to make your stay better. The rooms with the lagoon axis make it so easy to enjoy the hotel.

staff behaviars are very friendly and nice.The decoration was especial.there was claim and good place to be relax. also spa & massage and pool were very good.their music were very very lovely,I liked them very much.I exactly like all thing in that hotel

I appreciated high standard room with garden view and the staff were attentive and respectful. The restaurant was PARTICULARLY GOOD and the breakfast was extensive and plentiful with many local nice food and eggs Benedict, as example. The location was beachfront, great for a chapel and a tower located walk from the hotel.

Delicious and plentiful breakfast with a great selections of foods and with superb food available. Very easy to get from Ngurah Rai International airport, just 15 km.
